Guess the Word

Guess the keyword from the question. The fewer hints you use, the more stars you earn.

How to play

  1. Read the question and guess the keyword. Pick a topic, or All.
  2. Type your answer and press Guess. Accents and capitals don't matter. A near miss asks you to check the spelling and costs nothing.
  3. Each wrong guess, or pressing Hint, opens one more hint. One more wrong guess after the fifth hint reveals the answer.
  4. Guess it before any hint opens for 5 stars; each hint opened costs one.

Played words, the word in progress, your topic and stats are saved in this browser. Switching topic mid-word brings that word back later.
